Chef Previn Kumar finished his Diploma in Culinary Art Legend International College Kuala Lumpur. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Business majoring in Hospitality & Tourism from University of Derby England and having work with the Big Group and involve in their opening team for few of their outlet openings he is also experiences in lecturing full time & part time at colleges conducting theoretical and practical classes. While attached to Auric Pacific Food Services Division as the Application and R&D Chef overseeing new recipe creation, new product development, product trainings and product evolution/sensory. Currently at Richs Products helping to grow their entry to the Food Service Channel overseeing application development for their flatbreads, creams and other NPD Items supporting Malaysia, Singapore &Brunei.
